Abdominal pain and severe anemia.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at gastric cardia, subcardia and body accompanied by perigastric fat stranding and several regional lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 16 mm. 

The prostate gland is enlarged.

Case Discussion

Pathology proven invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma of the stomach with regional lymphadenopathies.
