Presentation

Abdominal pain and dyspepsia.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
ct

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at gastric cardia, subcardia and proximal of lesser curvature accompanied by mild perigastric fat stranding. 

Case Discussion

Gastric mass ; pathology proven adenocarcinoma.
No local invasion; No regional lymphadenopathy; No detectable metastasis.
