Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the gastric cardia, subcardia, and proximal of the body, accompanied by perigastric fat stranding and several small regional lymphadenopathies.
A few small calcified foci are seen at liver parenchyma most consistent with healed granuloma.
The right kidney is not seen due to prior resection.
A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts are seen in the left kidney.
Case Discussion
Pathology proved gastric adenocarcinoma with small regional lymphadenopathies.
No detectable metastasis.
