Gastric cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is seen at gastric lesser curvature and antrum, accompanied by perigastric enlarged lymph nodes.
Massive abdominopelvic fluid is present, accompanied by multiple varying sized peritoneal soft tissue density masses and some subcapsular liver lesions, inferring tumoral deposits.
A 15 mm cyst is noted at the 6th hepatic segment.
A 25 mm simple cortical cyst is noted at the upper pole of the left kidney.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Gastric mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional enlarged lymph nodes, ascites, and peritoneal tumoral depositis.
