Contrast-enhanced CT scan done of abdomen in axial plane shows circumferential wall thickening of the fundus and body of the stomach with significant luminal narrowing, and adjacent fat stranding. There is evidence of few enlarged lymph nodes around the stomach and bilateral pleural effusion.
