Gastric carcinoma with hepatic metatstasis

Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: about 70 yrs
Gender: Female

Localized thickening of stomach wall is noted along lesser curvature. Maximum Wall thickness is 13 mm. It shows loss of gut signature sign.

Multiple echogenic lesions are noted involving all hepatic segment, ranging from 10 - 26 mm in size. No cystic mass lesion is seen. Intrahepatic biliary redicles are not dilated. Portal and hepatic veins are normal.

Further work up proved Gastric carcinoma with hepatic metastasis.
