A 35 mm contrast-filled outpouching is present in the superoposterior aspect of the gastric fundus inferring a gastric diverticulum.
Case Discussion
Gastric diverticula are the least common gastrointestinal diverticula and usually originate from the gastric fundus, most commonly on the posterior surface.
