Ther is a 30*35 mm gastric antrum transmural thick peripheral enhancing mass lesion with central non enhancing areas traversing gastric serosa associated with loss of fat planes with segment IVb of liver and gall bladder fundus.
Horseshoe kidney also is noted.
Case Discussion
The gastrointestinal stromal tumor is the most common submucosal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. the tumor usually presents late because of the extraluminal location and the symptoms only arise when it has significantly grown or spread to other viscera.
