Severely dilated stomach. Ill-defined mass at the pylorus.
Distal bowel is decompressed.
Cachexia.
Case Discussion
Tragic case of biopsy-proven pyloric adenocarcinoma in a young patient resulting in gastric outlet obstruction. The cachexia and very small caliber of small bowel is striking and indicates malnutrition for quite some time.
