Presentation

Acute dyspnea post long haul flight. No pyrexia or chest pain. Previous partial esophagectomy for carcinoma

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Male

Air space opacification in the right lower zone thought to be secondary to PE at the time of reporting.

Opacity secondary to gastric pull up. No PE seen.

Follow up imaging demonstrates right rib anomaly and surgical clips better.
