Contrast was given through NG tube. Spontaneous reflux of contrast is identified from stomach into esophagus reaching upto cervical esophagus representing grade III gastro esophageal reflux (GERD).
Case Discussion
Pediatric patients with GERD usually presents with non specific symptoms like on and off vomiting, upper and lower respiratory symptoms, food aversion, irritability and failure to thrive.
