Presentation

Right calf severe pain following trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

The tear of gastrocnemius muscle medial head and myotendinous junction associated with a large intramuscular hematoma measuring about 8*10*18 cm and marked subcutaneous edematous changes

Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with gastrocnemius muscle lateral head and myotendinous junction due to partial thickness tear

Abnormal heterogenous signal cortically based intramedullary osseous lesion along with tibia diaphysis upper third posteromedial aspect could be due to benign lesions

Baker cyst.
