Presentation

Esophageal mass, evaluate extent of disease.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Numerous liver masses. Bulky gastrohepatic ligament adenopathy, which extends to the liver surface and appears to be invading into the posterior aspect of segment 2. Irregular thickening and enhancement of the gastroesophageal junction. 

Case Discussion

Gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma with local spread to the gastrohepatic ligament lymph nodes, possible invasion into segment 2, and numerous liver metastases.
