CT abdomen and pelvis

Contrast CT shows a smooth round tumor that protrudes intraluminally, with heterogeneous enhancement within the pylorus. No evidence of dissemination to other organs

Case Discussion

The biopsy confirmed to be a gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
