Gastrointestinal stromal tumor complicated by liver abscess

A large mass lesion is seen at the left hypochondrial region originating from the 5th part of the duodenum with necrotic core showing air-fluid level and solid mild enhancing periphery.
Hepatic cystic lesion seen at segments VII/VIII with double target wall appearance and enhancing inner wall. It shows partial septations, homogeneous fluid content and perifocal edema.
