A 45×25 mm weel defined polypoid intraluminal mass with homogeneous enhancement and without calcification is present in the gastric body. There is no sign of local invasion to the adjacent structures and no extra gastric extension.
A few nonenhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.
The patient's gastric mass resection and histopathology evaluation confirmed gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) without malignant transformation.
