Gastrointestinal stromal tumor - stomach

There is a well-defined ovoid soft tissue mass (26 x 20 x 16 mm) with moderate enhancement arising from the posterior wall of the antrum with endoluminal extension. On enhanced images the endoluminal portion of the tumor is covered by a thin mucosal layer (well-visualized on coronal reconstruction), indicating its submucosal origin.
Small nodule of the segment V of the liver (known small hemangioma).
