FDG-avid large neoplastic mass seen at the gastroesophageal junction encroaching upon its lumen, with SUV max 20.
FDG-avid multiple regional abdominal lymphadenopathies seen at the left gastric, perigastric, and celiac lymph nodes.
FDG-avid hepatic focal lesions seen at segments IVa and VI with SUV max 12 at the latter.

Pathologically proven case of gastroesophageal junction squamous cell carcinoma with regional abdominal lymphadenopathy and hepatic metastases (stage 4).
