GB wall is irregularly thickened and enhancing. Enhancing walls of GB neck and proximal CBD and CHD. Multiple hepatic lesions noted. Right portal vein thrombosis present.
Subhepatic, parahepatic flexure and colonic fat stranding noted.
Multiple peripancreatic and periportal lymph nodes present.
