Query rotator cuff tear.

Patient Data

Age: 55
Gender: Male

Joint fluid communicates with the subacromial-subdeltoid bursa through a full-thickness tear of the anterior supraspinatus, and distends the acromioclavicular joint through disrupted inferior capsular fibres.
