Presentation

Dry cough for 6 months. Weight loss of about 7 kg over the last 6 months

The right middle lung zone shows a dense nodular opacity (granuloma)

Ipsilateral calcified hilar lymph node.

Case Discussion

A Ghon Lesion or focus is a granuloma in the lung from a previous tuberculous infection, it is a sequela of primary tuberculosis.
