An expansile osteolytic lesion in the distal epiphysis of the right tibia. The lesion is eccentric, abutting the articular surface and shows narrow zone of transition.

Subarticular destructive soft tissue tumor in the distal right tibia with extension into posterior soft tissue mainly flexor hallucis longus muscle with evidence of central necrosis and periosteal elevation and no internal osteoid matrix.
