Non-traumatic origin of elbow pain only with full extension - Few mths.

Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath - elbow

A well-defined ovoid hypoechoic lesion is noted abutting capitellum of humerus. No calcification / cystic changes / vascularity is noted.
No elbow effusion is noted.

Case Discussion
Arthroscopic excision was done. Patient developed full elbow extension.
