Presentation

Non-traumatic origin of elbow pain only with full extension - Few mths.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

A well-defined ovoid hypoechoic lesion is noted abutting capitellum of humerus. No calcification / cystic changes / vascularity is noted.

No elbow effusion is noted.

Post excision - Gross pathology

Post operative 1 wk USG.

ultrasound

Post operative status - no residual tumor seen.

Case Discussion

Arthroscopic excision was done. Patient developed full elbow extension.
