MRI shows low signal mass in the right maxillary antrum. the optic nerve is displaced medially.

A multilocular bony mass assuming honeycombing pattern is seen expanding the right maxillary antrum, draping the orbital floor, elevating and medially displacing the inferior rectus muscle.
Case Discussion
The histopathology of this case includes both possibilities: Giant cell tumor and giant cell granuloma.
