Coronal PD fat sat

Well defined tumor with high signal in PD and TIRM, low signal in T1w. Marked enhancement in T1 C+.
Case Discussion
Local surgical excision was performed. Histology showed the typical composition of fibroblasts and multinucleated giant cells, foamy histiocytes and inflammatory cells on a background fibrous matrix, confirming the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath.
