Focal soft-tissue swelling at the radial volar aspect of the middle finger at the level of the proximal interphalangeal joint with adhesion to flexor tendons sheath.
Case Discussion
MRI findings suggest a tenosynovial giant cell tumor arising from the flexor tendons sheath, with a differential diagnosis of tendon sheath fibroma. T2* and contrast can differentiate between the two.
