Giant pericardial lipoma

Presentation

Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
ct

Several band-like fibrotic /atelectatic opacities are scattered at both lungs especially at lower lobes. Few small subpleural nodules also are present bilaterally which seems to be fibrotic nodules.
A 110×68 mm slight heterogeneous fat density well-defined mass is present at left hemithorax, anterolateral to the heart. 
Degenerative changes as osteophytes are seen at the thoracic spine.
In imaged portions of the upper abdomen, multiple well-defined hypodense lesions are observed at liver parenchyma. The largest one measured 42×35 mm, respectively.
