11 × 6.8 cm slight heterogeneous fat density well-defined mass in left hemithorax, anterolateral to the heart.
Several band-like fibrotic/atelectatic opacities are scattered in both lungs especially lower lobes. Few small subpleural nodules bilaterally which seem to be fibrotic nodules.
In imaged portions of the upper abdomen, several well-defined hypodense liver lesions, most likely cysts. Degenerative changes of thoracic spine.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are most consistent with giant pericardial lipoma.
