There are two well-defined pelvic soft tissue masses with central calcification and a typical "egg appearance".
Case Discussion
Loose peritoneal bodies are usually a sequela of infarcted appendices epiploicae but can also correspond to dropped gallstones or stercoliths These loose bodies are generally smaller in size and do not have the soft tissue density granulation tissue around them.
To confirm the diagnosis, dynamic maneuvers could have been performed to displace the loose bodies and confirm their ability to move freely in the peritoneal cavity.
