Bilateral markedly enlarged both kidneys with near total replacement of their parenchyma by fat containing masses interspersed with solid components consistent with renal angiomyolipomas.

Bi-lobar hepatic few tiny lipomas.

Calcular gallbladder.

Bilateral cerebral periventricular subependymal calcific nodules, characteristic of tuberous sclerosis.

Case Discussion

This is a unique case of giant renal angiomyolipoma in a known case of tuberous sclerosis. The typical appearance of an AML on CT is a cortical mass containing fat attenuation. The case also shows other characteristic features of tuberous sclerosis such as the bilateral cerebral periventricular subependymal calcifications.
