Glenohumeral joint rheumatoid arthritis

Shoulder pain and decreased ROM.

Patient Data

Age: 66
Gender: Male

Superior subluxation of the glenohumeral joint in keeping with rotator cuff degeneration/dysfunction. There is significant narrowing of the glenohumeral joint with subchondral sclerosis and erosions.

Established osteophytic lipping of the glenohumeral joint margins.

There are established degenerative changes in relation to the acromioclavicular joint.

Case Discussion

There is erosive arthropathy of the glenohumeral joint in a confirmed rheumatoid arthritis patient.
