Fall with two week of pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
Modality: X-ray

Fracture of the anterior glenoid. AC joint osteoarthritis. Alignment is normal.

Modality: CT

Fracture of the anteroinferior glenoid fossa. Minimally displaced fracture through the tip of the coracoid process.

Case Discussion

Glenoid fractures are uncommon, accounting for ~10% of scapular fractures
