Disruption of the anteroinferior articular cartilage on the MR arthrogram with contrast extending between the cartilage and the glenoid bone.

Glenolabral articular disruption (GLAD) lesion is an uncommon type of post-traumatic lesion involving the anteroinferior labrum and adjacent articular cartilage. This case was verified by shoulder arthroscopy.
