MRI arthrography, left shoulder
Partial tear of anteroinferior labrum with adjacent cartilage damage. It is associated with a lesion of the anterior band of the inferior glenohumeral ligament.
Normal rotator cuff and LHB tendon.
Case Discussion
A superficial tear of the anteroinferior labrum with an adjacent articular cartilage injury. The extent of the injury may vary from a cartilaginous flap tear to a depressed osteochondral injury of the articular cartilage and underlying bone.
