Presentation

Patient complains on headacke for 6 month, dizziness

Axial CT scan shows ill-define heterogeneous (mostly cystic) mass in parietal and temporal lobe of left cerebral hemisphere with mild perifocal oedema..

Case Discussion

Histopathology shows poorly differentiated, pleomorphic astrocytic cells with marked nuclear atypia. Diagnosis: Glioblastoma

Glioblastoma (GBM) is most aggressive malignant intracranial tumor which is classified as WHO grade IV.
