Glioblastoma involving corpus callosum

Patient Data

Age: 28 years old
Gender: Female
Modality: MRI

A large heterogenous mass with cystic areas seen involving the body of corpus callosum and extending into the frontal lobes bilaterally. The mass shows avid mainly peripheral enhancement and peripheral diffusion restriction and mild perifocal edema.

Case Discussion

Differential diagnosis includes glioblastoma (favoured), lymphoma and metastatic deposits.
