Glioblastoma NOS

A large right frontal mass with peripheral enhancement and restricted diffusion and central non-enhancement (presumably necrosis) is noted which bulges towards the left between the falx and the anterior cerebral arteries as well as involving the genu of the corpus callosum.

Note: This case predates the recent (2016) revision WHO classification of CNS tumors and IDH status is not available. As such, this tumor would now be classified as a glioblastoma NOS.
