Presentation
Left hemiparesis and headache.
Patient Data

Right frontotemporal irregularly shaped heterogeneous mass surrounded by a large area of perifocal edema and exerting positive mass effect in form of subfalcine herniation. The mass displayed mild peripheral restricted diffusion suggesting tumorous edema and heterogeneous mainly peripheral enhancement.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have surgery which confirmed the diagnosis of glioblastoma.
Note: IDH mutation status is not provided in this case and according to the current (2016) WHO classification of CNS tumors, this tumor would, therefore, be designated as a glioblastoma NOS.
