A complex heterogeneous mass is seen within the left frontal lobe with secondary mass effect, midline shift and vasogenic edema. A thick and irregularly enhancing rind can be seen that surrounds a necrotic core.
Case Discussion
The above findings, patient demographics, and presenting complaints concerns for a Glioblastoma.
Post-operative histology results confirmed a Glioblastoma.
