ct

CT images show a mass in right occipital lobe surrounded by vasogenic edema. A non-contrast study has its limitations in a better evaluation of the lesion, a MRI study was requested. 

mri

MRI shows a right occipital mass with central necrosis and intense surrounding enhancement.
