Glioblastoma NOS

A large left sided mass with central non-enhancement and peripheral nodular enhancement and restricted diffusion is present surrounded by tumor edema.
On the right, seen only on the T2/FLAIR images is a temporal region of high T2 signal.
Case Discussion
This patient went on to have a biopsy and debulking which confirmed the diagnosis of glioblastoma.
Note: This case predates the recent (2016) revision WHO classification of CNS tumors and IDH status is not available. As such, this tumor would now be classified as a glioblastoma NOS.
