Tumor measuring 9x8x7cm in the left temporal lobe with central necrosis and hemorrhage. Subfalcine herniation to the right side.

Case Discussion

Glioblastoma diagnosed 2 years prior to eventual death due to aspiration pneumonia.

Note: IDH mutation status is not provided in this case and according to the current (2016) WHO classification of CNS tumors, this tumor would, therefore, be designated as a glioblastoma NOS.
