This is an example of global asymmetry in the breast. The entire right breast is denser than the opposite breast.
Case Discussion
This finding has been present and stable for 4 years. No evidence of solid nodules in the ultrasound study (not shown), only simple mammary cysts were visualized bilaterally, compatible with BI-RADS II (benign findings).
