Global cerebral ischemia: T2, Flair and DWI show diffuse cortical hyperintensity and increased gray-white matter contrast. Tonsillar herniation is seen on the sagittal T1.

Case Discussion
Diffuse cerebral edema raising the intracranial pressure with caudal herniation of the cerebellar tonsils through Foramen Magnum
EEG was flat.
