Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Bluish discolouration of the nail of the right ring finger and pain worsening with cold.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Female
ultrasound

A cortical deficit of the distal phalanx was noted. No deficit was seen on the left. A hypoechoic mass was seen beneath the area of nail discolouration and superficial to the area of cortical deficit. The mass was hypervascular.
