Gender: Male

Swollen and edematous basal ganglia with abnormal T2 prolongation and diffusion restriction.

T2 prolongation and diffusion restriction also noted in bilateral cerebral peduncles.

Mild symmetric prominence of bilateral Sylvian fissures.
