Axial venous phase

The radiographer noticed a lesion at the bottom of the abdominal scan and decided to rescan the lower pelvis; thus, this scan was acquired during the venous phase.
No noteworthy abdominal pathology.
Highly vascular irregularly shaped lesion in the subcutaneous fat of the medial right buttock caudal to the ischioanal fossa, measuring 7.5 x 5.1 x 5.0 altogether. Virtually unchanged compared to a scan done 5 years prior. Most likely a venous malformation.
