Presentation

ADHD. Left convergent strabismus. Bitemporal alopecia. Craniofacial dysmorphism with left temporal and right occipital plagiocephaly (no craniostenosis on prior CT). Hypertrichosis on the back.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years old
Gender: Male

Rhombencephalosynapsis. No other intracranial anomaly.

Case Discussion

A diagnosis of Gómez-López-Hernández syndrome was made by a pediatric neurologist in a national reference center for cerebellar malformations.
