Bilamellar calcification of falx cerebri, tentorium cerebelli and petroclinoid ligaments.
Multiple unilocular cysts of variable sizes are seen in the mandible and both maxillae.
Incidental cavum septi pellucidi et vergae.
Case Discussion
This patient proved to have multiple biopsy-proven odontogenic keratocysts (OKC).
The combination of multiple OKCs and the extensive falx and tentorium calcification raised the suspicion for Gorlin-Goltz syndrome, which is important to be mentioned in reporting the case because of other serious associations, including tumors.
