Nasal arch fractures.

Bilaminar falx cerebri ossification and nodular skin lesion.

Prognathism, microphthalmia and diffuse cortical atrophy.

No posterior fossa anomaly.

Non-specific finding: bifid anterior arch of C1.

Case Discussion

Incidental findings were bilaminar falx ossification, prognathism, microphthalmia and multiple nodular skin tumours.

Past medical history included treated right cleft palate, hypertelorism and intellectual disability.
